Offline Global Address List not update

Global Contact list is not real time sync on office365 and Outlook, office365 need time to rebuild the list and wait for outlook to connect, you can try to manual update the contact list on outlook.

Click File tab, Click on Account Settings, and then click Download Address Book.

In the Offline Address Book dialog box, make sure that the Download changes since last Send/Receive check box is checked.

if still cannot update, please wait 1 hour and try again this process.
